1.Islam in my veins/Michael Jackson: This song is about Islam. It is important to me because every time I listen to it fascinates my Islamic spirit. I love the lyrics and melody of this song.
2.Dil Dil Pakistan/Junaid Jamshed: This song reminds me of my mother country, Pakistan. This songs says that we will never find such land and skies anywhere else.
3.O’Canda/Calixa Lavallée : Every morning when I stand up for O’ Canada it reminds me that I am Canadian. I’m very lucky to be living in such a glorious country. O’ Canada I stand on guard for thee.
4.The Climb/ Miley Cyrus : For me this song is about entering into high school. This song say that there is always going to be challenges and uncertainty in the future but if you work hard you can conquer anything that life puts in your way.
5.All izz Well/ Sonu Nigam, Swadanand Kirkire, Shaan : This song says that the heart is easy to trick, if your in a tough situation all you have to do is pucker your lips, whistle and think all is well! This song makes me smile and when I’m troubled I just think all is well.
6.Friends Forever/Vitamin C: This song is important in my life because it was played at my grade eight graduation. This song reminds me of all the wonderful times we had in grade eight and previous years. Even though we are now going separate ways we will still be friends forever.
7.New York/ Jay Z feat. Alicia Keys: This song reminds me of the first time I went to New York city. I was blown away by the lights and energy of the city.
8.Give me Some Sunshine/Suraj Jagan, Sharman Joshi: For all our lives we have been carry our heavy books and trying to get 99% in everything. This song is about growing up again but enjoying it to our full limits.
9.Now or Never/ Zac Efron : This song reminds me of the last basketball game I played in grade eight. All my friends were together on the team and we were very excited. We played our best that game and we won!
10.Send It On/Jonas Brothers, Selena Gomez, Demi Lavato and Miley Cyrus: I love the lyrics of this song, it has beautiful lyrics. This song reminds me that one person can make a difference in the world. If one person tries to be the difference then others will follow and this starts a chain reaction.

Generally developed descriptions, although they could have been a little more lengthy. Apart from the occasional spelling/grammar error, this was a really good assignment. Equally impressive cover art by the way.
